We exist to serve God by serving others. By bringing the church to the people, we meet needs within our community and enjoy sharing Christ’s sphere of influence. Simple acts of kindness can open hearts to the love of Jesus for both those being served and those serving. The Lakeside Outreach Serve team is made up of individuals who are using their gifts and talents to glorify God by serving others.
We want every person who is passionate about helping people to find the right opportunities to effectively use their gifts to build up the body of Christ and extend the Kingdom of God.
Matthew 20:28 “…just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
We are passionate about serving our community and every year in July we participate in SERVE DAY where we gather together as a church to make a big impact! There are many opportunities available for students, families, and adults to change our community through food distribution, yard clean-up, home maintenance, visiting those in institutional homes, hospitals, or shut-in, and many more. We want every person who is passionate about helping people find the right opportunities to effectively use their gifts to expand the Kingdom of God.
